SHIPPING

Oak + Ivy offers Free Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders over $100. We strive to ship orders in 1-2 business days and are 100% committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with your order experience. 

 All orders are shipped via USPS. You will receive a shipping notification email that will notify you once your order is shipped. 
 
RETURNS

Please look over your order as soon as you receive your items. If you believe that you have received a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 3 business days of receipt of your order. 

Orders can be returned up to 30 days after purchase for a store credit. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

To begin the return process, please email us at oakandivythreads@gmail.com. Items not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error is not returnable. Once your return is received and inspected, you will be issued an in-store account credit that can be used on your next purchase.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless it is defective. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
